We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to initiate, implement and enforce Quality Assurance and Safety Programs to meet service quality targets and a safe working environment.
The Quality Assurance Manager is a professional who is deeply passionate, and a strong advocate of how excellent service quality will drive the long-term sustainability of the business.
You will play a proactive role in developing the methodologies and programs to drive service quality and cultivating a customer-centric service quality culture.
Conduct briefing/ training to employees on regulations and... organization practices
Work with stakeholders in various departments to write standard operating procedures in ISO standard format
Regularly analyze quality data and execute plans to improve service quality and productivity
Communicate and collaborate with the cross-functional team regularly to detect issues and provide solutions to resolve them
Review and update SOPs as and when required and disseminate new SOPs to relevant departments
To develop and implement a plan to perform quality audit checks to ensure that SOPs are adhered to by employees
To develop and implement plan/safety policies to ensure a safe working environment and measures are per relevant regulatory policies/requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field
Minimum Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other relevant fields
Experience in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Third Party Logistics Business Planning, and operation process
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
Outstanding communication skills
Great attention to detail and a result-driven approach
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Reliable and Trustworthy
Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)

Work Location: Tampines
Working Day: 5 Days/Week
