We are Hiring now for a Pelvic Health Physio Interested in Integrating the Pelvic Floor to the Whole Body - The ISM Approach

We believe in formal MENTORSHIP (not just a promise) and are looking for a pelvic health physiotherapist keen to learn about ISM to join our team at Diane Lee & Associates, South Surrey, BC www.dianeleephysio.com

This position comes with one on one mentorship with the senior pelvic health team at DLA and a free spot on the 2024 ISM Series (full time position required for this offer – minimum 4 shifts per week). Don’t worry we are not really intimidating – including Diane! This offer is worth $25,000 CAD in continuing education plus $80K at the same time? This is 24 hours clinical time if booked at 85% utilization. When benefits are added, this is a percentage commission of over 60%

Contact us if you have the same CORE VALUES as DLA:
Clinic Vision: DLA is a safe space to grow and manifest your potential while providing the best care possible to a diverse group... of patients
Goals: To provide a complete WOW experience for our clients from booking to discharge and ongoing continued management of care
We are: A special place where everyone’s story is heard from beginning to end, and their functional goals put first and foremost
We use: Cutting-edge knowledge and clinical application/consideration of the whole person/whole body (this is ISM) to empowerment self-management
We require that: The entire team have a passion for the ISM brand and applies it in their own field of interest
• Passionate about collaboration and learning
• Love to use your hands and brain at work
• Believe in clinical reasoning and individual assessment and treatment of the whole body/person regardless of their area of concern (i.e. pelvic floor?)
• Problem solver with good time management skills, patience and a sense of humour
This opportunity is not for you if:
1. You don’t have the early career imposter syndrome (don’t we all?)
2. You don’t want mentorship on how to integrate into clinical practice all the approaches you have learned (ortho, pelvic health, pain science, movement training)
3. You don’t want to work with a team that is passionate about collaboration and team culture (many say they are but are they really?)
Required Competencies:
• Registered member with the College of Physiotherapists of BC (fully registered or interim)
• Introductory course in pelvic health with internal assessment and treatment skills

If this is for you, let’s set up a ZOOM meeting to see if we are a fit
