Responsibilities

- to assist senior associate and... partner in M&A, corporate exercises, commercial contract, employment and other corporate and commercial related works.

Requirements

- 2 to 5 PQE in corporate and commercial practice
- good command of English and good communication skill
- interested in learning from senior lawyers with very good credentials
