Job Description

Position Name: Service Office Manager
Job Description:
• The role and mission of the OSP is to develop the entire marketing system to maximise the CX experience.
• The department is in charge of all systems that make contact with users, such as MA, CRM and call centres.
• The mission is to create a system that consolidates user information and other data, improves the CX experience and increases internal productivity.

• Construction, design and operation of data linkage to the core system (OSP).
• Construction, design and operation of ZenDesk and MA systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Development and operation of systems used in call centres.
• Design and development of various campaign systems and customer programmes (using waon points (point system))
Qualifications:
• Experience in CRM system development and operation (Salesforce zendesk or other packages).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the development and operation of MA tools and marketing systems.
• Experience in development and operation using Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc. is welcome.
