About the Program

The Finance Transformation Program (FFT) is a global program to transform Dentons' finance function into the business partnering function of the future. It will support the business objectives by offering best insights, streamlined processes along with mandatory compliance and controls. The vision is to continue with the interconnecting the regions (and within the regions) to enable the “one firm” experience that will help the Firm institutionalize relationships with clients and suppliers.
The Team

The regional finance systems transformation team is responsible for the implementation of this programme into our +20 offices across Europe. The multi-disciplinary team is made-up of Programme Management, Change Management, Subject Matter Experts, Technical experts, Analysts, and Consultants. The team is based across many of the Dentons Europe offices.
Role

The Portfolio Analyst will require working within the European FFT team as a part of the Program Management office... and be the support and controlling function to all project and core activities. The objective is to ensure the end-to-end successful Finance project delivery and appropriate governance support to the program and underlying projects.

Responsibilities
• RAAIDD (risks, assumptions, actions, issues, dependencies, decisions) end to end process management, monitoring, control and reporting
• Project Management (+ PMO) of the peripheral systems and projects for final solution and integration with FFT plan
• Create and maintain project management documentation and metrics with limited direction
• Organizing and coordinating activities, including but not limited to tracking tasks (WBS level) and its delivery
• Key POC between European and Global team and cross-firm projects (with HR, IT)
• Working cross-workstreams on organizing delivery and tracking short-term and long-term activities in agile manner
• Stage Gate end-to-end owner according to SDLC
• Support project planning activities, as well as strategic and business-driven decision making
• Create and maintain project management documentation and metrics with limited direction
• Collaboration with PMO Lead and Program Manager on any operational and ad-hoc tasks with limited guidance and supervision
• Support project reporting incl. preparation
• Other Project Management activities (included but not limited to resource capacity, budgets, Lessons Learnt Log, Regular Reporting; project closure and BAU handover)
• Work directly with internal and external client counterpart, other project leads, and ongoing operations to manage scope
• Facilitate regular status update and other meetings in a clear manner
• Work closely with PM/O and Senior Management on ad-hoc requirements
• Check and challenge reporting data-set and optimize the process where possible
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements
• Education: Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration or Finance,
• Prior experience as Programme Management or Portfolio Analyst at least 4 years,
• PRINCE/PM equivalent certification
• Ability to work in ambiguity and under limited supervision,
• Flexibility and bigger-picture vision,
• Depict time-management and prioritization
• Adoptive to the changes
• Advanced in Microsoft Office,
• Business English.
• Azure Devops/JIRA experience,
• Good use and knowledge of the SharePoint
• Experience with large multinational and multi-cultural company,
• Goal oriented and process driven
• Strong communication skills, ability to articulate information and deliver the message to any levels of seniority,
• Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures and language differences,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills incl. coordination capabilities and operational efficiencies,
