An innovative individual who is technical and hands-on with robust leadership abilities and a BEng degree (Industrial or Mechanical) will be ideally suited to this role.

As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all functions of the production department, daily line balancing and optimisation, and meeting production KPI targets. You will also play a senior role in the implementation of Lean principles, maintaining continuous improvement drives, and managing the production and assembly teams.

A minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment and at least 1 year’s team management are essential.
