Responsibilities : Ensuring a well run operations team and that quality support is being providedLead and coordinate the middle Office functionManage and mentor the middle Office teamMeasure and monitor production and deliverablesOversee client requests and queriesMonitor the fund administration providers ensuring SLA''s are metTransaction processing and queries as well... as trade & settlement queriesImplementation of new products, instruments etc.
