We are currently recruiting Quantity Surveyor-K3 for our Mumbai metro line -4... project.

Responsibilities :
• Calculating quantities of work done based on BOQ, contract, and tender specification. Timely submission of bills to the client. coordinate with client and subcontractors, PRW contractors. Obtaining measurements from site execution engineers.
• Daily, weekly & Monthly Progress reports collection, review & submission of same to the client
• Project cost monitoring and control.
• Cost reports preparation and presentation.
• Variations and claims management, Compliances & MIS
• Contracts Administration, WO preparation
• Maintain all documentation as required by the company including all internal reporting.
• Running & Final Bill quantity verification by using the Tender Drawing Quantity.
• Variation statement submission at the beginning of the project by using the Tender Drawing Quantity.
• PR quantities to be verified with Tender Drawing quantity
• Subcontractor bills verification & maintaining their accounts.
• Rate Analysis preparation for Non Tender items
• GC work tender floating
• Verification of Material Reconciliation Statement

Experience – 10+ years

Education – Mandatory Degree
Mumbai Maharashtra India
