Our client is a luxury travel company, and they are seeking a Sales Support professional to join their team in Cape Town. As a Sales Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to our Agent Sales Manager.

This is an entry-level position, designed to offer growth opportunities over time. The successful candidate will have a passion for safari travel and Africa, along with professional work experience. As Sales Support, you will be expected to... assist in the day-to-day sales activities, including preparing quotes, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and sales support to the Agent Sales Manager.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Assist with the organization of sales events and campaigns.
• Help coordinate travel arrangements for customers.

Requirements:
• Previous professional work experience in sales support or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A passion for safari travel and Africa.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to start as soon as possible.
