Summary :

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of operations and digital marketing projects within an exciting, growing, creative and fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities :
• Ensure website is fully optimized
• Coordinate, execute and report on email nurture campaigns
• Support database management and lead flow processes
• Analyse, optimize and report on the success of emails, websites and campaigns

Your Qualifications, Skills & Experience :
• Degree qualification or equivalent in either Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 2-5 years’ digital marketing experience, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Marketing automation platform (preferably Pardot and / or HubSpot) and CRM system (preferably Salesforce and / or Microsoft Dynamics... experience
• Email marketing and nurture campaigns experience
• Experience building campaign landing page and recommending improvements
• Data enrichment and lead flow processes experience
• Familiar with content management systems
• Good understanding of digital marketing metrics, marketing attribution and reporting
• Positive, driven and energetic while working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines
• You build rapport with others around you and work well in a team
• Willingness to develop existing skills and learn new ones
• Good written English, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills and a true collaborator, able to create strong relationships with those around you
• Ability to engage with and manage senior stakeholders in a confident and competent manner
• Emotionally intelligent, you enjoy bringing together and coordinating many stakeholders to work towards a common goal
• A very, very good sense of humour
