Role and Responsibilities

The Technical Product Manager - SMS Integrations plays a vital role in our Product team, collaborating closely with various Engineering teams... and the central Integration project office. Reporting to the Director of Technical Product Management - SMS/MMS, you'll join a team of experienced communication experts in a company widely recognized as one of the most successful in the industry.
Own and drive the development roadmaps for integration projects on the SMS platform. Serve as a product manager for the migration to the Nova platform, ensuring a smooth transition. Lead the product design and release process for tools that facilitate migration into the platform. Coordinate the collection, description, analysis, and prioritization of migration feature requests. Perform gap analysis between the source platform and Nova to identify necessary migration features. Assist in creating repeatable and scalable data import systems for the core SMS platform. Document and effectively communicate the capabilities of the platform to incoming engineering and product organizations. Collaborate closely with the Sinch integration team, engineering teams, and service operations and implementation teams.

To contribute to this role you'll have:
An in depth understanding of transactional messaging platforms is required. Proven experience in an enterprise software company, messaging company or related industry. Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers at all levels. A self-starter who thrives in new situations, and is comfortable seeking advice and support when needed. Ability to analyze business needs and build technical solutions to address them. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and product management staff.

Candidates with solid understanding of standard SMS messaging flows & a strong technical background will have a strong advantage.
