Being a part of the China Delivery team, you will be working on Big Data solution Development in China where we provide IT solutions for our clients in diverse industries. As a Data Software Engineering professional, you’ll fulfill the developer role to rationalize practices of Agile Methodology in the development team, partnering with multiple functional roles/teams to ensure delivery. Responsibilities
• Develop or maintain highly available, scalable Big Data applications and systems using Big Data related technologies without direct supervision
• Analyze business problems and technical environments to design and implement high-quality technical solutions, conduct code reviews to ensure the quality of technical solutions meets expectations
• Participate and contribute to software engineering activities, including project meetings, estimation and planning, code review, knowledge... sharing, etc. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines
• Proven experience in Big Data and distributed computing for more than 1 year
• Experience in Big Data stack such as Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Zookeeper, Container related knowledge such as Kubernetes, Docker and Yarn, and various messaging systems, such as Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Experience in software development with Big Data technologies such as administration, configuration management, monitoring, debugging and performance tuning, using programming language (Java, Scala, etc.) and scripting language (Python or shell script)
• Cloud experience with more than one of leading Cloud providers such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Intermediate level (CEFR B1) or higher of spoken and written English Nice to Have
• Experience in Agile Development practices
