Requirement

Degree / Associate Degree or above in Surveying

Self-motivated, multi-tasking, independent with strong problem solving skills

Fluent spoken Putonghua, Good command of both written and spoken in Chinese and English

Minimum 5 years project experience

MHKIS or MRICS is preferable

Responsibilities

Measurement, estimation, tendering, cost control, cashflow forecast, contract administration, final accounts

A team leader and able to communicate with team members, clients, other consultants and contractors for project delivery
