My client is a well established HNW Family Office Fund Manager. They are currently seeking an experienced Fund Accountant to join their team at the Manager level.

Description
• Fund Accounting
• Accounting functions such as: journal entries and reconciliations
• Preparation and review of financial statements
• Capital calls and distribution processes
• Work with auditors to complete annual audit
• Preparing and maintaining the books and records of pooled private investment funds organized as limited partnerships and/or separate accounts;
• Accounting for and reconciliation of cash, investments and real property;
• Recording and reconciling of purchase and sale transactions;

Profile
• Background from private industry
• Private Equity or HNW experience preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant accounting or audit experience within Big Four public accounting or a mix of
• public accounting and investment management industry experience;
• Both private and public accounting experience preferred;
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation and account analysis;
• Excellent understanding of accounting and the ability to apply relevant investment company accounting rules;
