Keenberg & Co is a modern, woman-owned litigation boutique offering commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation and workplace investigation services. Our lawyers have Bay Street pedigree and we handle top-tier cases, but our firm culture is easy-going and casual.

The ideal candidate will have training and experience as a Litigation Clerk or Legal Assistant, preferably in a commercial litigation firm, and be able to handle court filings (including on Caselines), service of materials, preparation of court documents, management of client documents, and billings for client accounts. In addition, there will be light firm management duties, including management of accounts payable, assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new hires, handling the firm's social media accounts and other tasks as may be agreed. We are looking for someone who is interested in a long term career in legal administration. With the right candidate, this role will grow into a Director of Operations... position.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
