Job Purpose
• Contribute to elevating the overall aesthetic of our brands
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality basic to intermediate level artwork

Key Responsibilities
• Designing and updating product packaging, instruction manuals, product graphics and other marketing collateral;
• Assist team with daily tasks and projects;
• Brainstorming packaging ideas using hand sketches, verbal cues, words, and design software;
• Evaluating market trends and analyzing... similar packaging designs;
• Work collaboratively with R&D, Branding & Marketing teams to develop quality designs;
• Carry out photo shooting, retouching and editing as required;
• Website and mobile application interface design; Update online content via the content management systems (CMS);
• Independently handle multiple design projects and Ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• Diploma or above in Visual Communication, Graphic design or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years solid experience with proven track record in packaging design /visual communications / graphics design ( Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior position );
• Familiar with toy industry practices or outdoor products is an advantage, sensitive to market trend;
• Pre-press knowledge and packaging design knowledge a strong plus;
• Fully MAC computer literate and proficient in Adobe illustrator and Photoshop;
• Essential skill at using Wacom Tablet for digital drawing ;
• Good command of English & Chinese.

Other Essentials:
• Creative thinking, efficient, result - oriented, and self-starter, able to work under pressure and tight schedule;
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
