Rare opportunity to join landscape practice on the beautiful South Devon Coast

We are a dedicated and passionate studio looking for a talented landscape professional to join us in Torbay. Our work includes parks and play spaces, leisure, commercial and residential, all with a strong bio-diversity content. Our work is mainly for the private sector throughout the UK and it ranges from site analysis, landscape appraisal through master-planning to detail design.

The Role

Landscape Architect (Permanent). We are looking for a landscape professional with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. The position involves providing Planning and design services across a broad range of projects undertaking landscape assessment and reports, as well as preparing hard and soft works packages.

The role will require a high level of independent working. You will have successfully completed an undergraduate degree ideally in landscape or planning and a Postgraduate Diploma/Master of... Landscape related discipline. A core activity of the practice is our planning work combining master-planning and LVIA. You will have an aptitude for and a keen interest in this type of work, as well as excellent report writing skills.

All applicants should have sound technical abilities and must demonstrate proficiency in using MS Office, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A full driving licence is essential.

Competitive salary with flexible start/finish time and hybrid working considered. Company pension, and a holiday allowance of 20 days per year, increasing 1 day for each year of service to a maximum of 25 days (plus bank holidays).
