• Initiate and facilitate cross company projects and new initiatives
• Provide input for business and strategic planning and translate those plans into operational programs
• Manage key company programs - workand sync with global stakeholder
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration with all cross-company groups, ensuring all are connected, aligned, and working as one team to exceed customer expectations and contribute to monday.com's goals and objectives while fostering autonomy, transparency, and learning
• Build positive, trusting relationships through consistent, on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication

Your Experience & Skills
• Former experience as an ops, or programs, executive
• 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects, building sustainable processes on a global scale
• Strong leadership skills to motivate, influence, and lead program stakeholders from the program start to finish
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team
• Ability to manage highly interdependent, multifaceted projects and keep various work streams on track.
• Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
• Proficient with applications, tools, and methodologies used to organize, manage, report progress, and deliver programs and projects
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
