The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and responding to customer feedback as it relates to service, project completion and workmanship with a focus on investigations, file audits and reviews, documentation, and report creation to aid in the resolution and/or negotiation consistent with stakeholder requirements. In addition, the Quality Assurance Coordinator will support the Vendor Management team with coordinating contracts which includes onboarding new vendors, verifying information, and auditing compliance of existing vendors.

What you’ll be doing…
Ensure customer feedback is appropriately acknowledged, documented, reported and investigated Maintain effective and timely communications with all internal/external stakeholders to achieve project deliverables Prepare and distribute all documentation to stakeholders to ensure internal and external protocol compliance Assist with assessing customer service and workmanship issues, developing and coordinating... corrective and preventative action plans Coordinate all vendor correspondence and contracts which includes verifying contracts, background checks, onboarding vendors, audits and ensuring compliance Manage and maintain accurate records and filing system

What you offer…
Diploma/certificate in Office Administration Minimum 3 years’ work experience in an administrative role or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Strong detail orientation and accuracy Exceptional organizational and communication skills Technologically savvy, proficient with MS Office suite, and have the ability to learn new technology Restoration/construction background is an asset Experience and ability to work with and manage with discretion highly confidential and sensitive information Business writing skills Fluent in English and French
