Quadient is looking for Full-Stack Lead Developer with expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, serverless stack, React, and web components to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of designing and developing scalable and maintainable full-stack applications using the latest technologies and best practices. As a Full Stack Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our full-stack applications, and collaborating with the development team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business... requirements.

Your Role:
• Lead the design and development of scalable and maintainable full-stack applications using Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, serverless stack, React, and web components
• Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and feedback on code reviews, architecture, and best practices
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of the frontend and backend components
• Design and develop reusable UI components using React and web components
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement security and data protection measures, and perform code reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security and performance standards
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues, and develop solutions that address root causes
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development, and recommend solutions that drive innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Lead Developer with expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, serverless stack, React, and web components
• Experience with designing and developing serverless APIs and microservices using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other relevant AWS services
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles, and experience with implementing them in real-world applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to mentor and coach junior developers
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development
