Position Description

The Melbourne office of this law firm is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate level lawyer, to join their busy Banking & Finance group to focus on complex transactional work.

This role will see you advising major institutional... clients on a vast range of banking and finance matters, including :
• leveraged & acquisition finance;
• IPO financings;
• property finance;
• cross-border and domestic corporate finance; and
• lending transactions and corporate restructures.

This will be a client-facing role and will suit an ambitious lawyer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years' PAE , with extensive experience in financial transactions.

Ideally, you will also have :
• strong transactional drafting skills;
• solid technical, communication and interpersonal skills;
• strong collaborative and team-working skills; and
• sound judgment to solve complex transactional matters.
