- Compute, withhold, and account for all payroll deductions
- Handle all aspects of employee insurance, benefits, and casualty programs, including monitoring changes in health insurance regulations and creating budgets for benefits and worker's compensation

- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
