Main responsibilities: Cooperation with international portfolio of clients who own, operate or construct marine facilities,Taking a part in development of detailed design solutions of maritime structure and facilities such as quay walls, jetties, breakwaters, ferry terminals, shipyards etc.,Assisting with site based structural inspections... and design co-ordination services for works on site,Preparing structural design and assessment calculations,Participating in preparation of contract documents, bills of quantities and specifications,Assisting Project Managers and Project Controllers in planning, managing and delivering projects using the latest BIM and other collaboration software and protocols,Providing technical and professional guidance, support and development to junior engineers and technicians,Cooperation with other disciplines,Participation in a business trips (domestic and international); We Offer: Employment on the basis of a full-time employment contract,The ability to work in an office or a hybrid model,Flexible working hours (we start between 7:30-9:30),"Short Fridays" (Monday – Thursday 8.5h, Friday 6h),Work in an experienced project team, on international/long-term projects in a company present in all areas of infrastructure,Cooperation with engineers from foreign Jacobs offices,The opportunity to participate in initiatives related to innovation and its practical use in the automation and optimization of design using various technologies, tools and programming languages,Membership in Jacobs social networks (Women's network, One World, PRISM, Careers Network, Collectively and others) and participation in initiatives related to their activities,Benefits package (LuxMed medical package, additional life insurance, multisport card co-financing, My Benefit cafeteria system, psychological care),Language courses (English, German, Polish),Annual reimbursement of the costs of membership in the Chamber of Engineers; Requirements: Graduate in the field of Structural Engineering or Civil Engineer – Master's Degree,Significant experience of design of maritime structures,Broad experience in civil engineering design,Good technical design expertise using British and international standards,Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level),Developed analytical skills and problem-solving mindset,Focused on communication and teamwork,Willingness to travel within for short duration business trips
