The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications :

Responsibilities:

. Have experience with Review engagements, Tax and audits.
• Manage risk and financial performance of engagements, including financial statements and billing,
• Review assessments and correspond with the CRA on various issues
• Build and manage client relationships at a senior level; advise clients by delivering high quality tax and assurance service and advice
• Actively mentor and coach staff to their highest potential

A successful candidate will have:

Job Requirements:
• A Canadian Professional Accounting Designation (CPA) designation
•... Minimum of 3-7 years Public Accounting experience
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and manage a demanding workload and multiple deadlines
• Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and develop team members
• Proficiency in CCH Axcess, CaseWare, CCH TaxPrep, TaxFind, CCH IntelliConnect / AnswerConnect and Microsoft Office.
