Responsibilities

Perform initial and on going assessments

Oversee activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other personal as needed

Therapy interventions using standard techniques and skills

Upholding the facility standards

Qualifications

Current License

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to assess resident needs and develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care

Knowledge of compliance standards

Standing, pushing, lifting 25-50lbs
