Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is responsible for the provision of services to students and the implementation of integrated co-curricular learning programmes in support of the whole-person development of students of the University. The appointee will work in the Wellness & Supports Section of the OSA and help administer student scholarships and financial assistance schemes.


Assist in the administration of student scholarships
Assist in the administration of student financial assistance schemes
Manage student scholarships database and related records
Provide support in organising the Awards Presentation Ceremony
Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)


A Bachelor's degree or above with at least five years of relevant administrative experience in the tertiary education sector
A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Self-motivated, strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Multi-tasking and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in IT and computer applications
Experience in managing student scholarships or financial aid would be an advantage

Candidates with less/more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.

Salary and Fringe Benefits

The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, and mandatory provident fund. Appointment will normally be made on contract basis for up to one year.
