We're seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will work with clients to assess their ServiceNow needs, develop solutions to meet those needs, and provide ongoing support.

What you can expect :
• Collaborate with clients to identify and assess their ServiceNow needs
• Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements
• Configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSM, Security, ITOM, CSM)
• Work collaboratively with clients and other team members to ensure successful project outcomes
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing ServiceNow solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow developments and best practices
• Experience to work in Agile methodology developing stories, attending stand-ups, etc.
• Set and... optimize IT processes based on ITIL standards (release / incident / problem / change management)
• Create a technical documentation as well as support of internal projects and teams

Qualifications

What we expect :
• several years of experience in ServiceNow consulting and development
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules , including ITSM, ITOM, HR, and CSM
• Experience configuring, testing, and deploying ServiceNow modules
• Knowledge of JavaScript scripting
• Previous participation in integrations is an advantage
• Advanced English, German or French is an advantage
• IT education or considerable years of professional working experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• ServiceNow certification(s) preferred
