Our client, a premier international firm with a well-regarded IP practice, is seeking a patent prosecution attorney with 3+ years of experience to join either their Atlanta, Denver, Silicon Valley, Raleigh, San Francisco, Seattle; Washington, DC; or Winston-Salem office. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or in a similarly related field (i.e. EE or... Physics). Attorney will have experience drafting and prosecuting software applications in technologies involving cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and enterprise software systems. Candidates must be licensed by USPTO. This is an off-track position with a lower billable hour requirement but exceptional benefits and compensation, including bonus.
