CNC Machine Operator - Night Shift RecruitmentPlus has an excellent opportunity for a CNC Machine Operator to work the Night Shift with our client based in Co. Cavan. Responsibilities: - Setting and operation of CNC machines, wheel dressing machines and other related equipment to ensure high levels of productivity throughout the shift. - Inspection of products at determined intervals to ensure conformance to manufacturing, quality, ISO, and customer requirements. - Conducting basic operator maintenance as appropriate and within the individual’s capability. - Follow all specified operating procedures, set up sheets, special instructions, and good manufacturing practices to produce high quality product. - Contribute positively to the manufacturing schedule and escalate any issues that bring about deviation from the plan. - Ensure all waste is minimised through practical, sensible, and responsible use of consumable items. - Demonstrate safe working behaviours to avoid injury to self and... others on the team. - Always maintain a clean and orderly work area. - Other duties as specified by supervisor or manager. Skills/Experience: - Previous work experience with CNC or automated production machinery - Must be educated to leaving certificate standard or equivalent. - Must be fully computer literate and have good numeracy skills. - Good communication skills and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
