Primary Areas of Responsibility Prepare balance sheet profit and loss statement and other reports Book GL Entries in the Financial System Responsible for the Bank and BS reconciliation Daily follow up with the invoices that received through ETA portal and confirm decline the invoices when required after discussion with the Finance Manager Participate in the company s tax inspections Egypt amp Subsidiaries and attend inspections meetings Maintain accounting controls as defined by our accounting policies and procedures as well as Egyptian statutory requirements Prepare payments by verifying documentation and request disbursements contribute to the Prognosis reporting and forecasts Study existing and new legislation enforcing adherence to requirements and advise management on needed actions Prepare financial reports and analyses Maintain and update proper paper filing and electronic register for issued bid bonds and performance bonds with proper follow up for renewals and cancellations...
