Senior HR Manager (Games, Startup Company)
Location: MRT Accessible, Bangkok
• Report to CEO and hands-on HR operation tasks.
• Responsible the HR implementation and build HR team members regarding of policies and procedures, safety of the workforce, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, legislative and other human resources issues, organizational development programs, employee orientation and training programs, benefits plans, policies and guidelines, database management procedures, equal opportunity employment programs, and employee records and documentation policies
• Support CEO in developing a “culture” that enables employees to perform in accordance to the company objectives.
• Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
• Manage and control labor cost, turn over rate, career development, project completion, staff acknowledge company rules & regulation, minimize employee complain... performance management, talent assessment, and effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements.
• Support CEO to develop HR compliance with Thai laws and industry regulation, as it is also vital to the continued success and profitability of the company, and also advising department managers on legal implications of HR issues related to discipline and employee grievances.
• Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
• Dynamic, open minded and results driven with high “ownership” mentality.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in Thai and good communication in English.
• Bachelor or higher degree in Political Science, Human Resources or related field.
• At least 10 years in HRM/HRD experience with strong leadership skills with 2 years in Games or relate business.
• Experienced in HR tools implementation will be a plus
• Strong knowledge of human resource management & development (HRM&HRD) principles and best practices.
• Good knowledge of employment legislation, regulations in Thailand and/or International laws is plus.
• Skillful in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with strong decision making, communication / interpersonal skills.
• Social person, passionate with pleasant attitude.
