• Explore and approach to new Marketing Channels, Business Partners, and Sourcing New Products so as to support business growth.
• Supervise and manage the Marketing Survey to be effective.
• Co-ordinate with Sales Department / other related people so as to prepare strategic marketing plans which drive sales and profit growth.
• Manage and ensure the execution of marketing and promotion programs is in line with the plans specified.
• Handle the analysis of Profit & Loss and Break Even Point of the company's products
• Keep up with Building Materials & Hardware news/trends/regulations, and also analyze their impacts on company business.
