Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in launching and vetting prospective residents’ applications, processing flat allocation and residents’ check-in arrangements for the Transitional Housing Development;
• coordinate with Asset Management Team for on-going improvement of facilities and daily operation in the development;
• keep good connection and liaise with external and internal working partners in the collaborative services at the development including but not limited to district social service operators, social enterprises, educational institutes and governmental departments;
