As a Recruiter, in many cases you are a determining factor in the growth of our market groups. Based on the annual forecast, we determine critical target groups, on the basis of which you determine the recruitment strategies for your market group. Together with Employer Branding, Digital Marketing and Talent Sourcing, you manage to fill vacancies in a timely manner. You direct and facilitate as an important sparring partner for our captains the decision making on talent inflow.

Top 3 responsibilities:
Talent spotting; through creative actions and searches you manage to engage scarce IT and Business talent, such as Developers and Account Managers. Will you be at an event, come up with a creative InMail, or go for a cool social... campaign?
Advising; advise captains and market group leaders (un) solicited on recruitment and selection issues.
Coordinating; you set the lines and know how to get the job done. Interact with Employer Branding, Digital Marketing, Sourcing, the Captains and external partners - you use your entire network to fill vacancies.

The recruitment team is part of the HR team within Nedap and consists of Corporate Recruiters and Campus Recruiters in the area of Business & IT, Talent Sourcers, a Recruitment Assistant, an Employer Branding Specialist, a Digital Marketer and Manager Recruitment. The team is continuously working to professionalize its own discipline and works on various projects that contribute to its further development.

Some of the employment conditions for the position of Corporate Recruiter:
Depending on your experience, you will earn up to €5,000 gross per month, based on a 38-hour work week.

As a representative you carry the Nedap employer brand and with the right knowledge of the labor market, you know how to effectively reach the right talent.

You have an HBO / WO working and thinking level.

You have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting and selecting candidates in a technical environment with highly educated people.

You are fluent in Dutch and English.
