Armed Forces Hospitals Southern Region (AFHSR) is a tertiary care hospital located in the Southern Region of the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia that provides healthcare services (inpatient and outpatient) to Saudia Arabian military personnel and their dependents. It is the largest hospital in the southern region with a total of 882 beds. It has four (4) main hospitals namely:

King Faisal Military Hospital (KFMH)

Prince Khalid Bin Sultan Cardiac Center (PKBSCC)

The AFHSR is situated at Khamis Mushayt. Khamis Mushait or Khamis Mushayt is a city in southwest Saudi Arabia, located east of Abha, the provincial seat of the Asir province, 1,300 kilometers 650 nautical miles from Dhahran and 884 kilometers from the national capital of Riyadh.

We are looking for a Paediatric Interventional Cardiology Consultant to join our team:

QUALIFICATIONS

Saudi Board or equivalent higher qualification in General Medicine

American Board of... Cardiology or equivalent higher Diploma

Specialized professional experience in Paediatric Cardiology post qualification in General Medicine for a minimum of five (5) years of which two (2) years must be as Senior Registrar level

Experience in updated methods of management of Cardiology, including Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology procedures

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Valid license or registration in the country of origin

Has the ability to work in a multicultural environment

Ability to speak and write in the English language

The ability to speak and write in the Arabic language is preferred but not required

SALARY & BENEFITS

SR 51,750 / month

40 days annual leave
