Duties And Responsibilities
• Study the architecture & structural drawings provided by clients and taking into consideration of our ex-stock availability in preparing estimate quantity take-off and tender cost estimates
• Prepare and compile all tender related submissions (contract, pricing, drawings, Bill of Quantity, Terms & Conditions,Scope of Work and specifications)
• Attend site meeting and liaise with main contractors,consultants, relevant authorities and internal departments in resolving technical issues
• Site visit to monitor site work progress and site condition
• Preparation and timely submission of Monthly Progress Claims including re-measurement of quantities, variation orders including changes on site, and settlement of final account
• To ensure receipt of payment responses from main contractors. To ensure that work done certified by the main contractors is tally with actual work done carried out on site
• Prepare cost planning and budget cost control
• Work closely... with the Sales & Design Team to come up sales quotation
• Follow-up with client on the quotation send out

Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

Monday - Friday : 8:00a.m - 5:30p.m
