Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing system architectures and detail them to design specifications to meet the customer's requirements.
• Prepare tender and contract documents for submissions and interviews, including bill of quantities,
• Prepare quotation, invoicing, purchase order, tender documents, etc
• To provide support in terms of measurement and pricing on the contracts VO Claim.
• To coordinate with suppliers to get all the materials delivered & installation in time.
• Work closely with the site support team to ensure the subcontractor's scope of work is executed in accordance with the main contract drawings and specifications.
• Overall responsibility for pre contract supervision, including tender briefing and measurement compilation into bills of pricing as well as tender evaluation and submission.
• To prepare monthly progress claim by coordinating with site Engineer

Requirements:
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong project management... communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong technical and administrative background to meet reporting and documentation requirement
• Minimum 5 years experience in Quantity surveying, Tendering, Site execution
• Pre tender & post tender costing
