A global sports equipment manufacturer is looking for an Asia BI Lead Analyst. The chosen applicant will be responsible for creating and maintaining reporting solutions in different business areas. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:
• Work across departments in IT to meet business needs
• Serve as the main point of contact for BI and analytics-related concerns
• Address issues related to BI
• Communicate and provide mentorship to business users
• Take part in the creation and growth of business intelligence development tools and data architecture
• Coordinate project and deliverable timelines

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, advanced or data analytics, or relevant domain
• 5-7 years of professional experience in business intelligence (Power BI, Business Objects) and visualisation (Domo, Tableau, etc) tools
• Experience in data modelling
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Background in cloud‐based data warehouse technologies is advantageous
• Fluent... level written and verbal Japanese and English
