Forge Recruitment is working with a large North Vancouver law firm seeking to hire an intermediate-senior Conveyancer, with experience in either Residential or Commercial Real Estate.

Your Responsibilities
• Experience working on residential and commercial real estate sale, purchase, mortgage files
• First Nations real estate transactions
• Prepare and draft all legal documents, correspondence, and accounts
• Liaise with clients, financial institutions and counsel
• Reporting and billing

What You Bring
• 2+ years of Real Estate experience as an LAA or Paralegal in Residential or Commercial Real Estate
• Must be very organized and have excellent time management skills
• Some experience using ProSuite, myLTSA, BC Online
• Legal Administrative Assistant or Paralegal Diploma/Certificate is an asset
