Job Description: Lead the development of ads budget strategies to drive advertiser growth and ads budget improvement, working closely with Shopee's ads traffic and ads platform resources to ensure maximum impact Conduct market research and analysis to identify business trends and ads opportunities Design high quality, and clear ads solutions to improve ads budget as well as sellers' business, including but not limited to ads products and tools, ads creative optimization, etc. Closely with local, Marketing and other teams to launch ads solutions, drive adoption, monitor performance and continuous optimisation to grow business Communicate, influence, and work cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Engineering and Business teams Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience is preferred Possess strong analytical reasoning with logical and critical thinking capabilities to problem-solve based on... data Able to deliver competitor analysis reports and establish understanding of markets and user requirements Independent problem solver with strong sense of ownership and customer focus to drive product design and launch and iteration Strong product or technical product management background, with understanding of ad business or machine learning algorithms is a plus Experience in SQL is a good-to-have
