• In conjunction with other stakeholders, owning and driving the DEOH brand & channel strategy through solution-oriented programs and campaigns... which differentiate Alcon as an ethical & trade partner
• Accountable for DEOH’s commercial calendar including New Product Launches, Product Rationalization, Pricing actions and brand campaigns.
• Accountable for the organization of the Monthly commercial planning/review sessions and ensuring commercial plans are dynamically calendarized/tracked, executed in a timely manner and measured against pre-aligned KPI/ROI
• Responsible to work closely with both Ethical & Trade KA & field sales team to ensure execution excellence in terms of distribution, visibility, product recommendation and promotional activities with close adherence to Alcon’s internal guidance and external regulatory policies
• Act as a key liaison between the commercial team and external 3rd party agencies on the planning and execution of the various customer activations in ethical and/or trade channels
• Constant monitoring and analysis of brand (research data) and channel and/or customer performance/trends and develop actionable insights with clear action on start/stop/continue
• Supports both KA team during customer business reviews/JBPs by formulating content, insights and the narrative for reviews
• Communicates key strategies, insights, and initiatives between field and internal teams (cross functional stakeholders). Gains alignment across a matrix environment to support goal achievement (E.g. Pre S&OP meetings)

Ideal Background
Education :
• University degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business qualification
Languages:
• Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Skills/Experience:
• Minimum 3 years (for Exec level) or 6 years (for Mgr level) experience in marketing, trade marketing, sales or channel planning experience ideally in similar category (Vision Care), Nutrition, Healthcare, or Consumer Goods
• Able to work independently to plan, lead and execute initiatives developed by the commercial team for new and existing products
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to articulate thoughts clearly
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaborative skills
• Have an eye for details and good organizational skills
• Strong knowledge in MS Application (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Willing to travel as and when required by the job
