Responsibilities:
• Implement and ensure overall production arrangement are according to KPIs.
• To ensure output meets the targeted output, standard quality requirements and on - time delivery.
•... Ensure production follows the SOPs.
• Daily attendance monitoring. Immediate action taken to resolve the issue.
• Train and assess Operators to ensure meeting production expectation in quality and efficiency.
• Responsible for all corrective action and DMR. Ensure all the committed corrective actions take place, and on-going monitor closely.
• Ensure continuous/ smoothness of production. Ensure minimum idle time at production.
• Monitor daily work progress and meet the committed shipment date.
• Manage and supervise line leaders, material handler and operators.
• Continue to support the production manager to improve efficiency.
• Enforced safety and 5`S guideline as per manufacturing standard.
• Must be able to work on rotating shift.

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any field
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field
• Preferably with working experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
• Experience in wire harness is an added advantage
• Computer literate
