This school in Hong Kong was one of the first in Hong Kong to offer an English-medium curriculum coupled with a daily lesson in Mandarin, for all children from the age of 3 to 11 years old. In September 2002, the Upper School Campus was established, offering an international stream. The British National Curriculum is used as the school's core curriculum, modified wherever necessary to fit in with the unique needs of children living in a multi-cultural community like Hong Kong. Year 10 and 11 students study for the IGCSE Examinations. The school is registered with Edexcel and Cambridge Examination Board from the UK, and courses are chosen from both these providers. The school was one of the first International Schools in Hong Kong to achieve authorisation from the International Baccalaureate Organisation, to offer the I.B. Diploma to Years 12 and 13. Most of Year 13 graduates are admitted to overseas or local universities.
They are looking for a Part-time Secondary Music... Teacher to join them in August 2023 and seek applications from qualified teachers with a degree in the (relevant) teaching subjects; PGDE or BEd or equivalent, and several years of relevant experience.
