Role and Responsibilities:

As an Early Years, Primary School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in the development and education of our... students. Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating and delivering engaging and stimulating lessons to promote active learning.
• Planning and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that meets the individual needs of each student.
• Utilising various teaching methodologies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Providing a safe and nurturing classroom environment where students feel valued and respected.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each student.
• Participating in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
• A relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience teaching in an Early Years or Primary School setting.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and/or the National Curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to plan and deliver lessons that meet educational objectives.
• A passion for teaching, a creative approach to education, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
