As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, building relationships with clients, and helping to fill positions in niche areas/markets. You'll work closely with our senior consultants and receive award winning training, in order to learn the ropes and develop your skills in the fast-paced and dynamic world of recruitment.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be confident, outgoing, and driven. You should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable using a variety of tools and platforms to source and engage with candidates. You'll also need to be able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
