We're seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Bakersfield, California.

We offer multiple availability options to fit your lifestyle, including a salary pay model for full-time and an hourly part-time option. Additionally, we offer 45 day start timeframes for part-time and 60 day start timeframes for full-time, subject to prompt receipt of required documents.

Full-time clinicians are offered a competitive base salary range of $68,000 - $100,000 / year. The offered salary is associated with the number of clients seen per week, between 26-35. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverages, PTO (amount varies based on the availability you select), 401k with match, FSA option, and we are proud to offer an in-house CEU program!

Part-time clinicians will see an estimated 7-20 clients weekly (based on clinician availability) and are offered an hourly rate of $50.00 per hour

What You'll Do as a Foresight Clinician:• Receive your client caseload from us. We partner with multiple major insurance companies to increase access to care and work to match your skills with our client needs.
• Be autonomous and empowered: pick your modality, and we provide the tools you need, including:
• An efficient, robust electronic health record (EHR) that makes documentation quick and easy
• Messaging tools within our EHR to communicate with clients and colleagues
• Training opportunities and standards of care to support professional development
• Work with a dedicated support team that manages certain administrative tasks (while keeping you empowered), so you can focus on doing what you love. Our support team assists with: credentialing, insurance verification, billing and reimbursement, marketing and clinician partnerships, IT systems support, and thorough EHR training
• Meet with your Practice Coordinator, schedule monthly 1:1 time with your clinical lead
• Attend monthly Forums facilitated by the Foresight Leadership Team
• Choose from virtual and hybrid models to best fit your schedule

Our clinical approach includes: • An interdisciplinary partnership between therapy, psychiatry and nutrition
• Attendance to client-centered, trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
• Collaboration with an interdisciplinary group of colleagues with a diverse array of modalities, and broad range of experience, background and understanding
• Dedicated supervision time with your Clinical Leader for individualized case consultation and professional development
• Regular opportunities for consultation, clinical training and for therapists to teach trainings on subject matter they are passionate about

What We Look for in our Clinicians:• A minimum availability of 10 hours per week with clients for a part-time position or 30 hours with clients per week for a full-time position.
• Ability to practice individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy.
• Attend any mandatory scheduled group and organization-wide meetings as well as participate in optional meetings and consultation.
• The following CA licensure is required:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist

• An active, independent California license, or a pending license number after successfully passing the licensing exam.
• A related degree, and completion of state-specific degree and coursework requirements.
• You have not opted out from Medicare.
• Access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely.
• Familiarity with the Google Suite platform is a plus.
