We are looking for a dynamic marketer to assist with the development and strategic execution of marketing plans to help grow the R&D Science, Automation and OGI segments. They will be responsible for assisting with the development and management of go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns that support the formal Strategic Marketing Plan. The ability to use creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, manage agencies, set measurable goals, build marketing campaigns, track metrics, prioritize, and report ROI are key to their success. They will coordinate with the Sales and Business Development leaders and manage agency support to ensure successful execution of go-to-market campaigns and reporting across all media and tactics. Some travel is required to tradeshows, external & internal meetings, and training sessions.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Learn key buyer behaviour insights to better understand motives, priorities, and... decision-making methods being considered during the customer's journey - 10%

Marketing plan and integrated campaign management and reporting - 80%

Marketing budget management and reporting - 10%

Communicate and coordinate with leaders in Business Development, Sales and Product Management to generate marketing objectives that align to and address Global and Regional business objectives.

Communicate and coordinate with GTM and local sales team to generate accurate and differentiated core messaging and key visuals for new product launches and to identify new marketing opportunities.

Maintain an expert level of the local market knowledge to assist the Marketing Director in the creation of global strategic marketing plan and budget.

Develop and execute local marketing plans and integrated campaigns on time and on budget to maximize marketing message reach to drive sales conversion and brand awareness.

Manage the content map and content development by the creative services team or outside agencies.

Manage the regional launch of new products.

Consistently uphold and maintain the brand.

Ensure effective amplification of brand voice and core messaging through the channel.

Manage marketing budget, reporting on it quarterly to ensure strong ROI.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Bachelors degree in marketing, business or a related field.

Minimum 5 years in a marketing role working with technology products.

Ability to compose compelling marketing messages for technical products and market-based solutions.

Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.

Experience in developing and managing marketing strategies and prioritizing numerous projects.

Ability to work well under pressure with a positive attitude.

Initiative to own and be accountable for both individual and team deliverables and goals.

Experience managing marketing agencies.

Results driven and detail oriented.

Experienced working in demand / lead generation.

Preferred 5+ years digital marketing experience.

Experienced working with automation systems.

Experienced in using marketing analytics systems including Google Analytics.
