Become a Solution Architect in Road IT and contribute to defining new ways of working at the core of our global IT organization.
Road IT is a crucial part of the major strategic business transformation programme in DSV Road, and by joining Road IT you will take part in the implementation of our future Transport Management System. You make use of your solid architect expertise to develop solutions that keep trucks and operational staff working efficiently – every day.

In Road IT, we implement, support, and develop IT solutions. As a part of the strategic “Road Way Forward” programme, we are migrating to a new Transport Management System (TMS). Making sure we have the appropriate architecture is essential to a TMS and its eco-system.

By joining Road IT as a Solution Architect, you are responsible for:
• supporting and preparing new and current features
• validating new functionality provided by the software provider
• resolving issues as... they arise by developing or updating our architecture
• defining workflows and guidelines, we need to incorporate.

It is ideal if you are familiar with the transport and logistics industry and have previous TMS experience.

Project Managers, Business Change Managers, IT Specialists, Product Owners, Service Delivery Managers and Solution Architects

You know how to navigate in a large, global organization. Ideally, you have experience working collaboratively across professional fields. You try to fulfill deadlines and deliverables by using your capacity to challenge the “usual” way to improve our way of doing things.

Is it you?

Preferably, you have a bachelor's degree or master in IT, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent. Alternatively, you have hands-on experience as Solution Architect, meaning that you know how to put this knowledge into practice. We are looking for you, who have knowledge of the transport and logistic industry and systems that support optimization. Additionally, you understand and translate processes, rules and requirements that allow the Business to improve the way, they do business.

You translate the requirements into solutions and combined with you technical writing skills in English you analyze the architecture and its impact and communicate it with relevant stakeholders.
