Your role as IT Architect, Infrastructure Services

At this position you will beresponsible for:
• Design... and configure setup of Windows 10/11 and Office 365 Apps
• Design and configure setup of Windows Server
• Take part in shaping Microsoft and 3rd party application patching process
• Administration, design and maintenance of MECM Current Branch
• Administration and development of Group Policies
• Implementation of centralized computer management tools
• Design operating system deployment via task sequence
• Administrate, secure and improve the Client IT Architecture including baseline applications
• Lead and participate in Global IT Infrastructure Services related projects
• Troubleshoot and solve problems with Microsoft enterprise products
• Support the integration of new technologies
• Successful fulfilment of IT service delivery commitments
• Qualification of operating systems and training of IT professionals
• Documentation of own area and praxis

We are looking for a candidate with a following experience:
• Configuring and troubleshooting of Windows client/server in an enterprise environment
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
• Administration of Microsoft backend/server systems (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, KMS)
• Microsoft scripting technologies (such as PowerShell)
• Troubleshooting software and cloud related issues
• Managing Microsoft OS devices using Microsoft Intune

The ideal candidate demonstrates the following skills:
• Knowledge of imaging and network based OS installations, Windows customization/branding
• Capable of documenting own work and conduct training of team members
• Proactive and analytical mindset as well as taking responsibility
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Able to travel internationally
• Knowledge of GxP pharma environments is an advantage but not a prerequisite
• Experience with Agile practices and tools is a plus
