Under Security, Resilience and Controls (SRC), the Cyber Design teams bring security architecture and internal security standards based on regulatory... requirements and best practices to the rest of the group.

The role

This role focuses on privileged access management and also provides expert advice to a larger workstream focused on replacing the current Identity and Access Management platform with a modern IGA solution.
• Industry technology trends review
• Requirements and stakeholder management
• Vendor solutions review and RFI/RFP leadership and preparation
• High-level architecture of IGA solutions
• SME on privileged access management
• SME on IGA platforms- security controls implementation, operational resilience, capacity, scaling, management model, service model, recovery
• Support and guide deployment and roll-out
• Migration approach and plan development

What we imagine about you
• Approx 10+ years of experience as Senior Identity and Access Management Architect
• Experience with privileged access management solutions
• Experience in designing infrastructure IGA solutions for on-prem and cloud
• Experience with design and documenting an IGA solution that follows the Role, Business Unit and Function hierarchy
• Experience with Segregation of duties (SoD) and other IAM principles
• Experience in designing solutions for large organizations
• Solid stakeholder management, diplomacy, communication, and presentations skills in English
• Self organised and pro-active
• Provide technical team leadership
